• Supply and installation of 316L marine grade stainless steel invisible grills

• Supply and installation of various types of cloth hangers
• Space optimization consultation
• Professional installation services

Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms

1. Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project specifications
• Free site measurement and consultation provided
• Final price confirmed before work commencement

2. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: 50% advance required to confirm booking
• Balance Payment: Remaining 50% due upon completion of installation
• Payment Methods: Cash, bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards
• GST: All prices include applicable GST (18%)
• Invoices: Official GST invoice provided for all transactions

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Before Material Order: 100% refund if cancelled before materials are ordered
• After Material Order: 50% refund; 50% covers material and processing costs
• After Installation Started: No refund (warranty covers quality issues)
• Refund Timeline: 7-14 business days for approved refunds

Installation Terms & Conditions

1. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide clear access to installation areas
• Ensure electricity and water supply availability
• Obtain necessary building permissions (if required)
• Remove valuables and fragile items from work area
• Provide accurate measurements and specifications

2. Installation Timeline

• Standard balcony: Same day or 8-12 hours
• Multiple balconies: 1-2 days depending on quantity
• Timelines subject to weather conditions and site accessibility
• Delays beyond our control do not constitute breach of contract

3. Post-Installation

• Site cleaned and debris removed after installation
• Final inspection and customer approval before completion
• Warranty certificate issued immediately
• Usage and maintenance instructions provided

Warranty & Guarantee Terms

• Lifetime Warranty: On 316L stainless steel cables and materials
• 10-Year Warranty: On installation workmanship
• Free Replacement: For manufacturing defects
• Transferable: Warranty transfers to new property owners
• Exclusions Apply: Intentional damage, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications

Liability & Indemnification

1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

2. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex ViewGrills and GCM Infotech OPC Private Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Unauthorized modifications to installed products
• Failure to obtain necessary building permissions

Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks are the property of GCM Infotech OPC Private Limited or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

• Step 2: If unresolved, escalate to management for review
• Step 3: Attempt mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings

Force Majeure
